Senior Men Rugby (18+)

The Canucks Senior Men Program is our original rugby program that has fielded teams in the Alberta Rugby Union for over 50 years. The Senior Men have a deep history of competitive on-field performance and a strong off-field culture through traditions, events, and international tours. We field multiple teams, but function as one side with players of all ages and skill levels part of a singular culture. No matter experience or skill, there’s a spot for everyone in our Senior Men’s Program.

We are one of two clubs in Alberta that field three Senior Men teams, providing a wide range of playing options for players of all ages and skill levels. There is no “set team” for any division and many players play multiple of our teams below throughout the season.

We encourage all our players to be available for as many games as possible, but we understand everyone has lives, jobs and other commitments, especially throughout the summer season in Calgary. There’s no mandate to play all the games in any division and we accommodate our players outside commitments throughout the season.

Cost should never be a barrier to play and we have many resources to help alleviate cost concerns such as installment plans and other subsidies. If payment assistance is required
